Safety Consultant - Roy YeoRoy Yeo

Roy Yeo is a Ministry of Manpower approved risk consultant and approved Workplace Safety and Health auditor.  He is a specialist in risk assessment, customized safety programmes, training and consultancy.

He co-authored one of the few safety books in Singapore.  “The ZERO SUCCESS - 7 Surefire Steps to Effective Workplace Safety”. 

“It succinctly lays out how companies, from those in the service industry to heavy industry, can and must gear up to improve their work safety records” according to The Straits Times 1th April 2007.

This book received support and contributions from 43 top CEOs and leaders and is sold in all major bookstores in Singapore.  Overseas readers came to know about Singapore’s safety achievements and efforts through his book. Roy Yeo has received commendation from the Ministry of Labour in Laos.

He donated all proceeds of the first publication to patients suffering from Multiple Sclerosis.

Besides being featured in the Straits Times, Roy Yeo has severely been invited to 'radio 938Live' talkshow to address various safety issues.

He is the chief safety adviser to many government and established organisations like Far East Organisation, Elyo (South East Asia) Pte Ltd and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.  He has conducted numerous safety workshops for many companies in both private sector and public sector such as National Parks Board, Housing Development Board, Singapore Cruise Centre and others. 

An honours graduate from the National University of Singapore, Roy is a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM); a registered Environmental Control Officer with the National Environmental Agency (NEA); a certified Workplace Safety and Health Auditor, a certified Fire Safety Manager (Singapore Civil Defence Force) as well as a certified Noise Control Officer.

Pieter Weijand

Pieter Weijand is a Senior Risk Management Consultant at Governors' B.V. in The Netherlands and has been involved in the qualitative risk management solutions deployment of many Global Fortune 500 companies and almost if not all of the major oil companies in the world. Pieter has a metaview on risk management and has dealt with many risk management experts in almost any sector imaginable, from the nuclear industry to medical centres.


Safety Consultant - Stylus YeoStylus Yeo

As a registered workplace safety and health officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Stylus Yeo has many qualifications. This includes 'certified Fire Safety Manager' from the Singapore Civil Defence Academy (SCDF),'certified Environmental Control Officer' from the National Environment Agency (NEA), and certified ‘Occupational First Aider’ from Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Building Construction Safety Supervisor (MOM), Formwork Safety Supervisor (MOM) and Confined Space Safety Assessor (MOM). He is also a Safety Auditor. As a Safety professional, Stylus believes in life-long learning to remaining effective and efficient in the OSH industry. He is also a member of SISO (Singapore Institution of Safety Officers)

Stylus Yeo is currently the WSHO cum Consultant for various clients and the appointed Safety Trainer for many companies. In the late nineties, Stylus was one of the key trainers for LTA Code of Practices. In 2000, Stylus became a Consultant/Trainer specializing in Occupational Safety and Health at Bond International Consultants Pte Ltd.

During his career, Stylus has conducted more than 300 trainings, safety talks and briefings and numerous presentations for Management Organizations as well as Labour Groups. As a trainer, Stylus believes in good planning, communications and presentation skills, and interactive facilitation as the keys to success.

In 2003, he was appointed as the Safety Engineer overseeing the Operations team at Bond International Consultants Pte Ltd. Under his charge, his team of registered safety officers provides occupational safety and health advice to various clients all over Singapore. He is also well versed in Safety Promotion activities, having organized numerous safety promotion activities such as Safety Exhibitions, Safety Talks, Safety Poster Competitions, Safety Briefings and Drills, and having contributing to various company newsletters for various clients. Furthermore, he also assisted various Safety Auditors in auditing various clients’ Safety Management Systems. Safety Consultant - Jaye NgJaye Ng

Jaye Ng is a Registered Safety Officer, Fire Safety Manager and Risk Consultant currently assisting in several of our company’s Workplace Safety and Health projects. Having undergone various professional training such as Safety and Health Officers Training Course, Basic Industrial Safety and Health Course for Supervisors, and Environmental Control Officers Course, Jaye possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to assist companies in all their safety needs.

Benjamin ChengBenjamin Cheng

Benjamin Cheng has been helping corporate & individuals in the area of Sales & Marketing, Personal Developement and Business Strategic Planning since 1999. Safety Consultant - Richard Sng Richard Sng

Richard is a language coach / lecturer, as well as a vocal and verbal image consultant / trainer.

He graduated from the Teachers’ Training College, now known as the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. He taught English, Mathematics and Science in various Primary and Secondary Government and Government-Aided Schools.

In his 40 years in the Education Industry, both in the public and private sectors, he has shared his experience and expertise with thousands of children and adults in schools, institutions of higher learning, community centres, libraries, the corporate world and the public at large.

Mike Chan

Mr Mike Chan specialize in project management and project development. He is also a self taught entrepreneur and an expert in field of work process reengineering, project planning, team building process and contract management.

A graduate with Honours from National University of Singapore and holding a qualification in business administration from Singapore Institute of Management, he has worked on various public and private sector projects locally and internationally. Mr Mike Chan had also served in public and private sector handling large to medium sized projects. His market sector experience includes offices, residential , healthcare, hotel, roads, rail transportation and others development projects in Singapore.

His client include MOE, HDB, Millenium Copthorne, Allgreen Properties, MFA, Nakheel, and Ossia International.

He has also handled residential & industry building in other Asian, China, Europe and Middle East countries like Palm Jumeriah in Dubai and interior fitout in China.

Mr Mike Chan is also a trainer for Clerks of works at project development in previous employment and has received commendation for delivering a quality circle project that improved construction process.

He is also a member of Singapore Institute of Surveyor and Valuer and Singapore Institute of Building.

Andy used to be the Director of the world's 5th largest computer networking equipment supplier - Allied Telesyn International.  The Group enjoys annual turnover of US$420 million employing 1,300 staff worldwide.  Andy’s other experiences include banking at Chase Manhattan Bank, consultancy at KPMG Consulting and sales at Vickers Ballas Holdings Limited. 

As a trainer, trains companies on marketing, business planning, teambuilding, systematization, finance, investment, HR, communication, sales, management and personal effectiveness.  Andy has trained SingTel and Sing Power for their multiple-run training programs.  On top of that, he also did countless training assignments for companies including Beckon Dickinson, Hwa Chong Institution, Coldwell Banker, Thomson Learning, SPH, Walton, NTUC & AIA. 

The public workshops conducted by Andy are highly popular, and some of them were featured on MediaCorp Radio.  Andy is also a Certified Trainer with the American Management Association (AMA), Advanced Training (UK) and Action International. He is also ACTA-certified by MOM’s Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
