  • The new Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) replaced the Factories Act and came into effect on 1st March 2006. It covers all workplaces, and introduces new legislations particularly on Incident Reporting and Risk Management. This one-day introductory workshop on WSHA helps participants gain an insight into how WSHA impacts them and equips them to comply with the new requirements both as individuals and corporate bodies. Course materials will be provided and a certificate of attendance will be awarded.

  • Workplace Safety and Health (Construction) Regulations Workshop
  • The new Workplace Safety and Health (Construction) Regulations came into effect on 1 January 2008 and replaced the Factories (Building Operations and Works of Engineering Construction) Regulations. This one-day introductory workshop will help participants to gain an insight into how the new regulations impact them and equip them to comply with the new requirements both as individuals and corporate bodies.   • Incident Reporting & Investigation Workshop
  • From 1st March 2006, employers, occupiers and doctors who fail to report workplace incidents and diseases to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) can be fined and/or jailed, under the Workplace Safety and Health (Incident Reporting) Regulations. This applies to all workplaces, and not just factories. This workshop introduces participants to the Workplace Safety and Health Act and how it impacts them. It also takes participants through a step-by-step navigation of iReport, the online system for reporting Accidents, Dangerous Occurrences and Occupational Diseases under WSHA Incident Reporting Regulations and Accidents & Occupational Diseases under the Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA). Course materials will be provided and a certificate of attendance will be awarded.
